Ordering
All available IKONO® products can be viewed and ordered here in the IKONO® webstore.
Payment
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, and Apple Pay as methods of payment. All payments are done securely in our webstore. Visa and Mastercard payments will be confirmed with Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode.
Delivery
We offer standard shipping worldwide. All orders are shipped from Finland. If you are interested in collecting your order from our office in Helsinki, please contact us via contact(at)ikono.fi.
All domestic orders in Finland are shipped via Economy Post. All international orders outside of Finland are shipped via Finnish Post or other available delivery services.
Approximate delivery times depending on our current workload (working days Monday–Friday):
Finland: preparation 2–5 days from date of order + shipping by Posti 1–2 days
EU: preparation 2–5 days from date of order + international shipping 7–10 days
Other countries: preparation 2–5 days from date of order + international shipping 7–14 days
The cost of shipping depends on the destination and will be calculated at the checkout.
In case of pre-order products, the delivery times will be communicated in the product page itself. Any delays in the pre-order shipping will be informed to the customer. We can't do refunds while the pre-orders are being produced and shipped.
If you are ordering from outside the EU, please note that you may be responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other fees required by your country's regulations.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking code via email or text message once your order is fulfilled and ready to be shipped.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact(at)ikono.fi. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
After we have received and checked the returned product that it is good as new or that it has the flaws you mentioned to us when receiving the product, you will receive a full refund of the price of the product, excluding any shipment costs and/or duties.
Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Discounted items are not eligible for return.
